「瑞祥」～店主がこのお茶を選ぶ訳～

「当店は先代の頃より本山茶を始め川根・天竜などの山の銘茶を販売しておりました。

三十年程前から私が先代の後を受け継いでおりますが、その頃から島田初倉を始めとする深蒸し茶が人気を得るようになってきました。

We have been selling tea from the mountainous regions in Shizuoka as Honyama,Kawane,Tenryu and so on from the time of the former owner.

About 30 years ago I took over his business and since then deep steamed tea from Hatsukura at Shimada has come to gain popularity.

山のお茶の香りを何としても伝えたい、でも深蒸し茶のまろやかな味わいも捨てがたい。

I want to tell you how impressive the aroma of the tea from mountains is at all costs,it is hard to give up the mellow taste of deep steamed tea (fukamusi) though.

そこで山のお茶の香味の良さを妨げない深蒸し茶探しを始めました。

So I began to look for steamed tea that does not mars the goodness of the flavor of tea from mountain.

その結果、牧之原台地を中心とするお茶の中から上品な香りと雑味の無い味わいの深蒸し茶を見出しました。

As a result, I found a deep-steamed tea with an elegant scent and no "zatsumi" (unnecessary-flavor)　in the tea from Makinohara plateau.

勿論、本山茶の中でも篤農家探しはずっと続けております。

Of course, searching for diligent farmers who produce Honyama-cha also has been continued ever since.

内牧・足久保・梅ヶ島・藁科・清沢・大川など優れた土質、気候の地区から、さらに生産農家を選び出して意見交換をしながら美味しいお茶作りを進めています。

Now we are proceeding the make delicious tea selecting farmers and exchanging opinions.They are from regions with excellent soil and suitable climate such as Uchimaki, Ashikubo,Umegashima, Wrashina, Kiyosawa, and Ohkawa.

その結果、出来上がったのが当店の定番煎茶シリーズです。

Our classic Sencha series are the product finally completed.

分けても「瑞祥」は生産初期のコクの乗った時期のお茶です。

値段もお手頃、ギフトにも喜ばれる当店の一押しの煎茶です。

"Zuishou" is tea in the early time of the production.That's why it has rich taste.
